A friend of mine in Poughkeepsie New York has launched a very inspirational business and website.

No Regrets Lifestyle is an information and services company dedicated to helping people live interesting, fun and good lives. Our underlying philosophy stems from Mortimer Adler’s interpretation of Aristotle’s writings in his book Aristotle For Everyone. In short, Adler stated that Aristotle believed that living a good life meant following a plan that will lead you to acquire all of the things that are good for you in the proper amount and the proper way, which requires temperance, courage and justice.
